Sheryl's unique style of yoga blends knowledge and experience from Iyengar, Anusara, Ananda, and vinyasa. She has a gift for clear description and compassionate communication. With the touch of an experienced massage therapist, she gives gentle adjustments and subtle encouragement. Each class is a unique flow of posture, breath and self discovery.
Classes are for all levels of experience. The Gentle Yoga is ideal for anyone who could use some restorative self nurturing. Pregnant and menstruating women, beginners, as well as those suffering from back pain or emotional stress would benefit from trying this class first.
